  • The item must be returned to us within 7 days after your refund request is approved.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items returned without original packaging or in used/damaged condition (unless it arrived that way).
  • Clearance, final sale, or customized items.
  • Digital products, downloadable items, or gift cards.
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

4. Return Shipping

  • For defective or wrong items, SayemBabu.com will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other refund cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
  • Once the order is shipped, it must go through the return process.
